The Ilkley Brewery has built a global brand that produces great tasting beers and puts on some incredible events too.



Whether they are showcasing their incredible Lotus or Alpha Beta at their local brewery seasonal socials or new ales at beer festivals, Ilkley Brewery is a well known name in the Ilkley Community.

Copper Spoon Cakery


Copper Spoon Cakery was created by Alice Pearson in 2017 to produce incredible Wedding and Occasion Cakes to the local community of Ilkley.



Not only has she gone from strength to strength building a brand online, but also got involved with many of the local events and markets on a regular basis in Ilkley.


Copper Spoon Cakery also supplies the famous brownies and blondies for Friends of Ham Ilkley, a local Ilkley Cafe and Bar. Also, partnering with local wedding suppliers, Copper Spoon Cakery has boosted the Ilkley wedding cake offering in the local area.

Real Food Ilkley


Real Food Ilkley is a local community of volunteers who organise a fine food and local produce market set in the heart of Ilkley on The Grove on the first Sunday of every month.



After starting in 2016, the Read Food Ilkley Market has built to almost 100 market stalls that not only supports local economic growth but helps establish small and start up businesses within the Ilkley community.


In addition to this, the guest stalls often support charities and groups fundraise and raise local awareness.

Waste Not


Originally established with a store in Burley, the new Waste Not store is an ethical, minimal waste shop that offers accessible, ethical and sustainable alternatives to everyday shopping needs, specialist foods, treats and gifts.



Now with a new location in Ilkley, Waste Not can continue to provide a great service to the Ilkley community now too.

The Ilkley Kitchen


The Ilkley Kitchen was born out of two Ilkley's locals love for food. Marcella and Tina started in 2016 providing delicious and healthy food to the Ilkley Community through local cafes, markets and directly for private catering.



The Ilkley Kitchen were overjoyed to be winners of the prestigious 3 Star Great Taste Award for their Orange and Almond Cake back in 2017 and now serve to the locals of Ilkley.
